Baked Shrimp and Crab Pasta

I posted a picture of a meal I made on twitter and I DID NOT expect it to go viral. With over 15,000 retweets and over 40,000 favorites. That is remarkable. Didn't expect something so simple to turn into something so delicious.

Im going to show you how to make this beauty. Step by Step.

1. You will get a big pot (one that you're able to cook your noodles in) fill 3/4 of the way with water, and pour olive oil in to the pot. (you can use regular vegetable oil) but this ensures the noodles dont stick when cooking. Pour a lil salt in the water to help speed up the boiling process. Id put on med/high heat.

2. Dice up white onions, green onions, red and yellow bell peppers

3. Get a skillet ready and melt some butter. You will sauté the veggies in #2 until they're soft (can lightly season with Tony's if you like) Take them off before they're brown, just want them to get a little soft

4. If water is starting to boil, add your noodles, i personally used 2 packages of noodles when cooking this day, cause i like to make it last but you really only need 1 pack. I used the rotini noodle.

5. For the sauce. Bertolli 4 cheese brand sauce was used (2 cans) Pouring this into a pot letting it warm up. Adding the sautéed veggies from #2, seasoned with your favorite seasonings ( i have a blog post with my favorite and go to seasonings) and add cheese. The sauce is the key to the ENTIRE recipe, IT HAS TO BE GOOD.

Pre heat oven to 350

6. Put your seafood in a mixing bowl and season to your liking.

7. Get a skillet, melt some butter and sauté your shrimp and crab meat (dont cook to long don't want that rubbery texture YUCK)

8. Make sure you're checking your noodles, when done drain, run under hot water to get rid of any excess starch.

9. Pour the noodles into parmesan) and sprinkled the top with paprika seasoningwhatever dish you're going to bake it in. Pour the sauce on top making sure to cover every noodle and sprinkle cheese (i used Mexican blend, 3 cheese blend and

10. Put in the oven and let bake for about 3 minutes.

11. Switch your oven to boil on low, this is where it'll just melt the top, continuously watch you dont want burnt cheese, not cute for the gram.

12. Add more cheese if desired and WALLAH
