Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 - 45 minutes
Ingredients:
- Elbow Macaroni (2)
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup mild cheddar (shredded)
- 1 cup fiesta blend cheese (shredded)
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F
Cook the elbow macaroni and drain
In a large mixing bowl add milk, heavy cream, salt and pepper (to taste) and stir
Once you have tasted and like it, add your whisked eggs, stir til completely mixed
Butter a baking dish (can use the spray olive oil)
Add macaroni to the dish
Pour mixture over macaroni, distribute it well
Top with shredded cheese & sprinkle a light layer of paprika on top of dish
Bake for 30 - 45 minutes
Turn the oven to broil (this adds the browning at the top) on LOW for 1-2 minutes (CAREFULLY watch or you can burn your macaroni and cheese)
Remove from oven and let cool
Serve
DOUBLE THE INGREDIENTS IF MAKING MORE THAN ONE PAN
