Parmesan Crusted Baked Chicken

Though it may not sound as appetizing, surprisingly it is really good.

 

 

Topped it off with some bell peppers, oh how i love my bell peppers.

How to:

Seasoning the chicken as normal, letting it marinate for about 30 minutes giving the chicken enough time to soak in the goodness (I have a blog post listing all my favorite seasonings already check it out!) For the batter which you will be breading with, I used typical parmesan shredded cheese! Yes i did! And it came out delish, what i did though, for the batter to stick. Got a small bowl cracked an egg, dipped the chicken, take out of the egg mix shaking off excess, placed in my hot and spicy breading, shaking off excess, dipped back in egg, shook off excess and covered with cheese. Front and back. Repeating the process with each piece of chicken.

To add a lil extra flavor, i cut up red and green bell pepper and tossed it freely on top of the chicken. Tastes wonderful.

Placed in the oven to bake (350 degrees of course) until well done and to the crispiness i liked and wallah!
