Feta Cheese & Spinach Stuffed Chicken

I posted a recipe earlier similar to this one, how ever this is a tad bit different. If youre not a fan of artichoke this is a great alternative, you can also use the stuffing as a dip as well, this is almost as similar to the dip they serve in restaurants probably even better.

 

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Directions:

  1. Prepare chicken for stuffing, slicing the chicken in half or you can even fold it in half.

  2. Cook spinach in garlic and oil on top of stove until done.

  3. Add in feta cheese and mix well, adding as much as you'd like. (I season with season salt)

  4. Stuff chicken with the mixture

  5. Cook for 30 minutes in oven.
