Spinach Artichoke Stuffed Chicken Breast

This recipe is a 2-in-1, you can use the stuffing as a dip for your chips AND inside your chicken.

Ingredients:

- Cream Cheese

- Cooked Spinach

- Artichoke Hearts

- Shredded Mozerella & paramesan cheese

- Garlic (chopped)

- Salt

(For chicken)

- Seasoning of choice

 

 

Directions:

1. Marinate the chicken breast and allow it to soak in all the seasonings beforehand

2. Mix all ingredients for the stuffing

3. Cut chicken breast almost in half and stuff the chicken with the dip

4. Bake the chicken for about 30-40 minutes

5. Take chicken out from oven and pan fry for about 15 minutes ENSURING the chicken is thoroughly cooked on the inside, giving the crispiness outside as pictured.

I sided mines with my crawfish macaroni and cheese and green beans DELISH!
